摘要
本文调查总结了漳州市农民采用了多种的新型农民培训模式及取得成效。提出要发挥新型农民培训的效率,必须采取以政府为主体的多元化新型农民培训体系。
This paper investigation on farmers use a variety of new Farmer＇s Training System model, and achieved certain results in Zhangzhou City . Put forward play a new type of farmer training efficiency, we must adopt the Government as the main diversification of new farmers and training system.
