摘要
为分析溢流坝闸墩上形式各异的裂缝的不同成因,以江西某水电站状况为例,考虑混凝土闸墩运行期温度作用的特点,运用非线性有限元法对溢流坝闸墩进行仿真计算。通过对各种实际工况、仿真计算结果与裂缝实际分布的对比分析,得出温度骤降、结构设计缺陷和闸门开启方式分别是闸墩上各种不同裂缝形成的主要成因,并找出闸墩运行期的最不利荷载组合及闸墩最易拉裂位置点。
In order to analyze the different causes of various cracks of the overflow dam pier, one hydropower station in Jiangxi is taken as an example. The cracks of overflow dam pier are simulated by the nonlinear FEM con-sidering the influence of temperature during the operation of overflow dam pier. Through the comparison and analysis of actual conditions and the actual distribution of cracks calculated by the models, the primary factors forming each different kind of cracks are the thermal shock, the structural design flaw and the strobe opening way and the most disadvantaged load combination and the easily ruptured locations are found when the overflow dam pier is operated.
