Determination of Formaldehyde in Synthetic Fiberboard

摘要 分析了人造纤维板中甲醛的热解析特性。在设定的热解析、气相色谱程序升温条件下,用甲醛色谱标样的浓度与峰面积绘制工作曲线,其线性置信度(R2)为0.999 7;甲醛检出限为0.002μg/100g;样品加标回收率为96.97%-102.02%。实验表明:利用柱端浓缩直接热解析/毛细管气相色谱测定人造纤维板中甲醛含量,是一种快速、无损、准确的新型分析方法。 The thermal desorption characteristic of the formaldehyde in fiberboard is analyzed. The calibration curve of the formaldehyde is determined with standard sample under optimized conditions of thermal desorption and gas chromatography. The linear confidence level (R^2) is 0. 999 7,the detecting limit of formaldehyde is about 0.002 μg · (100 g^-1), and the recovery rate is among 96.97%-102.02%. Test results show that the new analysis method is fast, lossless and accurate.
