摘要
在静态水热条件下降低碱度进行4A分子筛的合成。结果表明,降低合成体系的碱度,需要提高晶化温度和延长晶化时间才能得到晶化产物;碱度越低,出现P型分子筛杂相的温度越高;晶种在晶化过程中必不可少,4A和5A分子筛都可以作为晶种。
Zeolite A has been synthesized under lower alkalinity by using both 4A and 5A zeolite as the seed crystal. It has been found that in the system with lower alkalinity, zeolite A can only be obtained at the higher crystallizing temperature and longer duration of crystallization. The lower the alkalinity is, the higher the temperature at which zeolite P appears. In the crystallization process the seed crystal is necessary.
