ITQ-2分子筛的合成

摘要 考察了膨胀剂的浓度和体系的碱度对合成ITQ-2分子筛的影响。结果表明,把膨胀剂的浓度降低到传统方法的1/5即可完成对前驱体MCM22(P)的插层膨胀。体系碱度的大大降低消除了脱硅对产品硅/铝比的影响,使膨胀、剥离后得到的产品收率大大增加,同时超声剥离过程更加容易,也避免了MCM-41介孔相的生成。 The effects of the concentration of swelling agents and the alkalinity of synthesis system on the synthesis of ITQ-2 were investigated. The well-swollen MCM-22(P) could be obtained even if the concentration of swelling agents was decreased to one fifth of that used in conventional method. The greatly reduced alkalinity could result in the elimination of the impact of desiliconization on the n(SiO2 )/n(Al2O3 ) of products, increasing the yield of final products significantly. The ultrasound exfoliation process comes to be more accessible, and the MCM-41 mesophase can be avoided when the exfoliation process was performed at lower alkalinity.
