摘要
研制高效和环境友好的吸附反应型消毒材料在防化领域有着迫切的需求。笔者采用固相微波法,将不同含量的MgO成功地负载到介孔分子筛SBA-15上。负载型材料MgO/SBA-15在室温条件下可将芥子气模拟剂2-氯乙基乙基硫醚(2-CEES)降解,其中MgO负载量为5%时降解效果最好(经过15h,2-CEES的转化率可以达到90%以上)。此外,MgO/SBA-15对气态2-CEES还具有良好的吸附性能。通过in—situFT-IR和GC-MS分析表明,2-CEES最终被降解为CH3CH2SCH2CH2OH、CH2-CHSCH2CH3、CH3CH2SCH2CH2SCH2CH3等无毒产物。
The high efficient and environment-friendly reactive sorbents were much in demand for the removal of chemical warfare agents (CWAs). Various contents of MgO were successfully supported into mesoporous silica SBA-15 (MgO/SBA-15) by the way of microwave irradiation. Very interestingly, when 2-chloroethylethyl sulfide (2-CEES) as a simulant mustard gas was contacted with Mg/SBA-15, 2-CEES was gradually degraded at room temperature. Obviously, 5%MgO/SBA-15 displayed the best effect of degrading 2-CEES (after 15 h, more than 90% degraded). Besides, MgO/SBA-15 exhibited a good adsorption capability of gas 2-CEES. Furthermore, the studies on GC-MS and in-situ FT-IR methods suggested that 2-CEES was degraded into CH3CH2SCH2CH2OH, CH2= CHSCH2CH3 and CH3CH2SCH2CH2SCH2CH3.
