血清同型半胱氨酸及尿微量白蛋白与2型糖尿病肾病的相关性研究 被引量:7

摘要 高同型半胱氨酸血症(Hyperhomocysteineroia,hHCY)与心脑血管病有密切联系。其升高程度与血管病变的严重性一致^[1]。糖尿病(DM)极易合并血管病变,而糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病微血管病中常见而严重的并发症。本文探讨2型DN患者血清Hcy水平与尿微量白蛋白的关系,以期为DN患者的发病机制提供相关性提示。
