摘要
目的分析hLRH-1不同变异体在人胚胎组织的表达谱。方法通过设计特异引物,并经常规RT-PCR方法检测hLRH-1v1和hLRH-1在三例引产胎儿各组织中的表达情况;同时以实时定量RT-PCR法分析总hLRH-1的mRNA的相对表达谱。结果检测的结果显示,hLRH-1v1在人类各不同发育阶段的胎儿组织广泛表达,而hLRH-1则仅局限于肝、胃、小肠和胰腺组织。结论hLRH-1v1和hLRH-1在人胎儿组织表达谱的差异提示它们在早期胚胎发育中可能起不同的作用。
Objective To investigate the expression profiles of different isoforms of hLRH-1 in human fetal tissues. Methods Specific primers for the exclusive amplification of hLRH-1v1 or hLRH-1 were designed and RT-PCR was carried out to analyze the expression of hLRH-1v1 and hLRH-1 in tissues of three electively aborted human fetuses. The relative mRNA abundance of hLRH-1 in fetal tissues was also analyzed by the real time quantitative PCR. Results The hLRH-1v1 was widely expressed in different developmental stages of the human fetus. While the expression of hLRH-1 was mainly confined to the liver, stomach, intestines, and pancreas in fetuses. Conclusion The finding of different expression profiles of hLRH-1v1 and hLRH-1 in human fetus here hint that may play different roles in early development.
