摘要
同源异型盒(HOX)基因是首先在果蝇体内发现的一组基因,具有调控正常胚胎发育和成体组织细胞增殖和分化的功能。近年来研究表明,HOX基因家族中的HOXA7基因可以通过基因融合、基因沉默等方式在肿瘤中过高或过低表达,调控肿瘤细胞的发生和发展。研究其在肿瘤中的表达及调控规律有助于指导肿瘤的诊断、治疗及预后。
Homeobox gene,derived firstly from Drosophila, has the ability of regulating normal embryonic development and proliferation and differentiation of adult tissue cells. Recent studies demonstrate that HOXA7 can be high and low expressed in adult tumor tissues by means of genetic fusion and genetic silencing to regulate genesis and development of tumor cells. To study its expression and regulation in tumor will be helpful for tumor diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.
