摘要
本文研究了从钴土矿亚硫酸氢铵浸出稀溶液中通过H_2O_2氧化及NH_3中和,一步除去铁、锰离子,然后用P_(204)/N_(530)协萃体系从稀的净化液中富集钴的方法。
Recovery of cobalt leached from cobaltiferous ore was studied experimentally. It is found that complete precipitation of iron and manganese was achieved by using ammonia as precipitant and hydrogen peroxide as oxidant at pH=9.00, with cobalt remaining in the solution as complex ions [Co(NH_3)_6]^(+3). Cobalt was then recovered from the purified solution with a synergistic extraction system N_(630)/P_(204) in kerosene. After two stages of extraction, the percentage recovery of cobalt reached up to 99.98% at the conditions of phase ratio of 1/6 and pH 9.40. In the loaded organic phase, the ratio of cobalt to nickel was over 3,300.
