摘要
目的探讨妊高征合并视网膜脱离的母儿预后。方法回顾性分析2000年5月-2008年5月收治的重症妊高征合并视网膜脱离13例孕产妇及围生儿结局。结果重度妊高征合并视网膜脱离与妊高征水肿程度、高血压、蛋白尿密切相关。孕产妇死亡相对较高,胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息、围生儿死亡及新生儿发病率较高。结论必须重视孕期保健,做好妊高征的预测和预防。定期检查眼底,早期发现,使病情控制在轻症阶段,适时终止妊娠,减少母儿并发症。
Objective To evaluate the prognosis of the mothers and infants in patients with severe pregnancy-induced hypertension（PIH） and retinal detachment. Methods The maternal and perinatal outcome of 13 cases with severe PIH and retinal detachment was analyzed retrospectively. Results Severe PIH with retinal detachment was closely related to the edema degree, hypertension and proteinuria. The pregnant women had a high mortality, and the rate of fetal distress, neonatal asphyxia, perinatal deaths and neonatal morbidity was higher. Conclusions The antenatal care mats be emphasized to prevent the occurrence of PIH. The regular ocular fundus inspection and early detection delay the development of PIH. The timely termination of pregnancy can reduce the maternal and neonatal complications.
