摘要
本文研究了氢氧化三烷基甲铵(转型的 N_(263))—煤油体系从碱性氰化液中萃取银的机理。考察了水相酸度、被萃金属和萃取剂浓度、添加剂、温度及其共存金属对萃取行为的影响。采用多种方法确定了萃合物的组成,并获得了一些有用的热力学参数。实验条件下萃合物的主要形式为 Ag(CN)_2R_3CH_3N,并有部分 N_(263)聚合物的萃合物存在。
This paper describes the extraction mechanism of silver from alkaline cyanide solution by trialkyl-methyl ammonium hydroxide.The effects of acidity of the aqueous phase,concentrations of the extracted metal and other metal ions in the aqueous phase,concentrations of the extractant and additive in organic phase and temperature on the extraction of silver are dis- cussed.The compositions and thermodynamic properties of extracted complex species are determined by several methods such as mole ratio,continuous var- iation,extraction isotherm and equilibrium shift method.The results obtai- ned from expertments indicate that the mechanism of extraction is anion ex- change and the composition of the extracted species is Ag(CN)_2R_3CH_N. Extracted species of polymerized N_(263)also existed in the organic phase in small quantity
