摘要
采用碱式碳酸铜水热还原法制得了氧化亚铜粉末。研究了反应参数对还原动力学和产品纯度的影响,催化剂的应用和还原终点 pH 的控制是保证优质氧化亚铜的重要参数。所获氧化亚铜的相纯度>98%,平均粒度约0.50-1.0μ,可用作海船底油漆涂料,其性能优于同类产品.
In order to improve the existing hydrometallurgical methods,a new process was investigated that cuprous oxide was produced by hydrother- rmal reduction of basic copper carbonate slurry under hydrogen pressure of 10-30 atm.,and temperature at 135-155℃.The fine powder of cuprous oxide consists of octahedral crystalites in size of 0.5-1.0μm and the purity is above 98%.Using PdCl_2.as catalyst and controlling the terminal value of so- lution pH are two important factors to insure the quality of the product.De- sired terminal value of pH was successfully realized by adding small amount of sulfuric acid or cupric sulfate into the slurry.Conversion and the redu- ction rate were governed by temperature,partial pressure of hydrogen, quantity of catalyst and terminal pH of the solution Too high temperature and the terminal pH outside the range of 3.0 to 5.0 will result in formation of metallic copper.The paint made of the fine powder of cuprous oxide was tested in sea water and proved better performance than a standard sample.
