摘要
报道了用 CL-P_(570)萃淋树脂对钼、钨的吸附性能及从含大量钨少量钼溶液中分离钼的条件。实验结果表明,在 H_2SO_4体系中 pH_2左右,该树脂能有效地吸附钼,而钨有少量共吸附,被吸附的钼容易用2M NH_4Cl—2M NH_3·H_2O 缓冲液全部洗脱。钨钼混合液中加入 EDTA 能有效地阻止钨钼杂多酸离子的生成,有助于钨钼分离。分离后溶液中 Mo/WO_3比降到0.001%以下。本文提出了一种钨钼离子交换分离的新方法。
In this work,the behavior of adsorption of W and Mo by CL- P_(5709)extracting-eluting resin and.the conditions for separating Mo from a solution containing large amount of W were investigated.The results show that the resin can effectively adsorb molybdenum in sulfuric acid solution at pH 2.0,but only a small amount of tungsten is co-adsorbed.The separation factor may be as high as 154.8.The molybdenum adsorbed can be easily elu- ted with 2M NH4_Cl-2M NH_4OH solution.Addition of EDTA to the solution containing both W and Mo may effectively break heteropoly tungsten-mo- lybdenum acid ions so as to facilitate the separation of.Mo from W.In the post-extraction solution,ratio of Mo/W may drop below 0.01%.The mecha- nism of ion exchange for adsorption of Mo is suggested for this new method of separation of W and Mo.
