摘要
论述了国内外火电厂目前现场总线的应用状况,并针对机组控制特点,对火电厂在现场设备层采用现场总线系统的配置、设计原则、注意事项进行了分析。通过技术及经济上的比较得出,应用现场总线技术将带来全厂管控数字化和全生命周期的设计、安装、调试、运行维护成本节省等有利因素,可在机组现场设备层面逐步推广采用现场总线技术。
The current status of the applications of fieldbus in fossil-fired power plants worldwide is expounded, and the system configuration, design criteria, and cautions of fieldbus systems in field equipment layer in fossil-fired power plants are analyzed in accordance with the features of unit control. The results of comparison in technical and economic aspects show that fieldbus technology will bring active factors to digitized management and control of whole plant, and whole life cycle of design, installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance in low cost. Thus it is feasible to promote and adopt fieldbus technology in field equipment layer in power plant.
