熔渣和铁液间硫的分配

摘要 在炉渣结构的共存理论和相图的基础上确定了MgO—FeO—Fe_2O_3和CaO—MgO—FeO—Fe_2O_3—SiO_2渣系的结构单元。据此推导了该两渣系作用浓度的计算模型。依据所求作用浓度揭示出不同碱性氧化物脱硫能力的巨大差别。证明把它们的脱硫能力等同看待是错误的。进而推导了上述三元和五元渣与铁液间硫的分配系数的表达式。计算L_(SC)与实测L_(SP)符合甚好。最后按照同样规律提出了多元渣系和钢液间硫分配系数的表达式。 Based on the coexistence theory of slag structure and phase diagrams, the structural units of MgO-FeO, Fe_2O_3 and CaO-MgO-FeO-Fe_2O_3-SiO_2 slag systems have been determined and the calculating model for both systems deduced. By means of calculated mass action concentrations the difference of desulfurization ability between basic oxides has been distinguished, which shows that taking desulfurization abilities of various basic oxides as the same is wrong. Furthermore, expressions of sulfur distribution coefficients between molten slags mentioned above and liquid iron have been derived. The agreement between the calculated L_S (L_(SC)) and the measured one (L_(SP)) is quite good. Finally, an expressign of sulfur distribution coefficient between multicomponent slag melts and steel has been suggested according to the same principle.
