摘要
本文从招标采购品种目录的编制、方式的选择、评标原则方法的确定及招标文件的编写等诸方面探索了医院层面上的医用物资集中招标采购工作,并通过实践加以验证,对改进和加强医院医用物资采购管理、降低医院医疗成本,具有积极的推进作用。
Discusses the tendering work for the centralized procurement of medical materials at the level of the hospital from the several aspects, i.e. the preparation of procured variety contents, the choice of way, the determination of evaluating principle and the method of tender as well as the compilation of tender documents, etc. and the verification is done in the practice, which has the promoting effect to improve and strengthen the hospital medical materials procurement management and reduce the hospital medical service cost.
