摘要
目的建立和完善LIS质量控制管理系统,提高检验信息的准确性和完整性。方法基于医院现有信息系统提供的检验数据结构和软件系统,采用构件式开发方法、Windows多线程处理技术和VC++7.0开发工具,整合临床实验室设备和系统,并对工作流程进行优化。结果质量控制管理系统可以将各种型号的自动检验仪器连接成有机整体,自动完成质控信息、质控规则的判定以及相关质控图表的生成,随时监控各种仪器的工作状况,精确管理,保证检验质量。
Objective To establish and perfect the quality control management system in LIS, and to improve the accuracy and integrality of test assay information. Methods To adopt the methods and technologies such as component-style development, multi-thread technology, and VC++ 7.0 development suite to integrate clinic lab devices and systems, and to optimize the working flow based on the assay data architecture and software system supported by HIS available. Results The quality control management system can connect the automatic assay devices with different types integrally to fulfill quality control automatically.
