虚拟组织知识创新的风险影响因子概念模型

Conceptual Model of Risk Influential Factors for Knowledge-creating in Virtual Organizations

摘要 针对虚拟组织面临的各种风险活动,以聚类分析法得到六维风险管理因子;提出一种具有战略柔性的风险影响因子概念模型,强调对战略目标、知识资产、组织结构、创新激励、信息技术、创新转化等六维因子的集成管理;指出了这一概念模型的运作机理。 For risk activities in virtual organizations, the clustering analysis method is employed to obtain six-dimensional risk management factors. This paper presents a conceptual model of risk influential factors with strategic flexibility, emphasizing the integrated management of strategic targets, knowledge capitals, organization structures, innovation promotion, information technology, and innovation transformation. The systematic operation mechanism of the model is included.
