摘要
本文介绍一种稀相闪速焙烧氢氧化铝新工艺的试验结果。与心统的沸腾炉相比,由于取消了焙烧沸腾床及晶型转化器,使本工艺流程更为合理,设备结构简单,操作控制方便,投资省、成本低。反应器可采用卧式、立式或立卧结合的型式。此工艺也适用于粉体物料的干燥和焙烧过程。
This paper shows the experimental results of a new process for flash calciniation of aluminium hydroxide in a dilute-phase flow reactor.Compared to the conventional fluidized-bed calcination,the new technology is more reasonable in processing,simpler in equipment layout,easier in operational controlling,less in investment and lower in operating cost because of the omission of fluidized-bed calcinator and crystal form trantformer.The rea- ctor may be assembled in vertical,horizontal or combined forms. The technology is also suitable for drying and calcining of other similar powder materials.
