摘要
就做好图书库藏书管理、做好读者管理工作、做好流通馆员的综合能力培养工作以及加强工作人员与读者的沟通等方面,探讨了对于高校图书馆流通服务工作的体会。
This paper probes into some experiences of circulation service of university library from aspects of doing well the collection management of stack room, doing well the service for readers, improving the comprehensive quality of circulation librarians and strengthening the communication between librarians and readers.
