摘要
北宋类书《类要》保存了46条唐职员令佚文,为唐代职员令的复原提供了重要的新材料。其中出现的唐代不同时期的制度,提示北宋前期可能通过各种方式保存了唐代各个时期的令文,因此唐令复原应该充分注意辨别令文的时代性,而不应着眼于与传世文献在文字上的相似,也不应仅仅局限于某些年度的令文。
Forty-six examples of zhi yuan ling from the Tang dynasty were recorded in the Lei Shu (Classified Records) of the Northern Song dynasty, providing important new material for reconstructing the zhi yuan ling of this period. Institutions from various periods of the Tang dynasty can be found in these documents, suggesting that the contents of the zhi yuan ling from these periods may have been retained in various ways into the early Northern Song. In trying to reconstruct these Tang dynasty decrees, we should focus on their dates rather than on their similarities to extant documents in terms of wording, and should not limit ourselves to decrees from particular years.
