摘要
简单介绍了材料初始不连续状态的概念和特点,探讨了材料初始不连续状态的计算方法。在此基础上建立了基于断裂力学的估算模型,并用AFGROW软件对LC4CS铝合金的初始不连续状态值进行了估算,结果表明LC4CS铝合金材料的初始不连续状态符合双参数威布尔分布。研究了腐蚀对材料初始不连续状态的影响,得出了随着腐蚀年限的增加,材料的IDS(MDS)值逐渐增大的结论。
The initial discontinuity state (IDS) concept was developed just several years ago in an attempt to describe the as-manufactured or as-produced state of material. In this paper, a number of IDS values were determined for several smooth specimens of LC4CS aluminum alloy. A crack growth analysis software AFGROW was used to develop the IDS. The results obtained indicate that the calculated IDS values scatter widely. A statistical analysis shows that the distribution of the calculated IDS values fit well with Weibull distribution. The corrosion infection on IDS is studied, the result shows that corrosion will increase the values of IDS.
