摘要
小窝蛋白(Cav-1)是一种细胞质膜微囊(caveolae)表面标记蛋白,通过与细胞的黏附分子和信号受体相互作用调整肿瘤发生。多方面的证据显示了它在不同的肿瘤中有不一样的表达,而近年有人把它作为一个诊疗标志来研究,相信将来会开辟一条抗肿瘤治疗的新途径。
Caveolin-1 (Cav-1) is a scaffold protein of caveolae that acts as a tumor modulator by interacting with cell adhesion molecules and signaling receptors. Evidence from a variety of studies indicate that caveolin-1 exhibits the heterogeneity of Car-1 expression in different tumors. Current research has clearly established a role for Cav-1 as a a novel prognostic marker, Future studies will undoubtedly offer novel exciting opportunities to develop anti-cancer therapies.
