玻璃化冷冻同种异体气管移植动物模型的建立 被引量:3

摘要 如何降低移植气管的抗原性并促进其良好的血管化是当前气管外科领域的热点问题。本研究利用玻璃化冷冻方法保存的气管实施兔同种异体气管移植,观察玻璃化冷冻对气管抗原性的影响,评价移植后免疫排斥反应、再血管化过程和管腔的通畅程度。
