蛋白转导结构域在抗原交叉提呈中的应用进展

The progress of application of protein transduction domains in antigen cross-presentation

摘要 大量实验证明,蛋白转导结构域可高效携带多种类型的物质穿越细胞膜进入细胞质。因此,将蛋白转导结构域与外源抗原连接(融合)可以促进外源抗原的交叉提呈,递送外源抗原进入MHC-Ⅰ型途径进行加工提呈,从而诱导CTL应答。本文综述了蛋白转导结构域在抗原交叉提呈中的应用进展。 Data have demonstrated that protein transduction domains (PTD) can efficiently deliver diverse sorts of "cargoes" into cytoplasm by crossing the cell membrane. Therefore protein transduction domains linked/fused with exogenous antigens may enhance cross-presentation of antigen by delivering exogenous antigen into MHC Ⅰ pathway, resulting in induction of CTL response. The progress in this field is reviewed in this paper.
