摘要
要实现全国包装行业“九五”发展规划及2010年远景发展目标，必须加快包装工业的科技进步。为此，主要从技术创新工程与包装工业科技进步的关系以及如何实施包装工业技术创新等方面进行了论述。
To realize the' 95'Developing Plan' and the '2010 Future Developing Target'in packing field,it is urgent to speed up the science develop-ment in packing industry. The paper here concentrates on the relationship betueen technique innovating engineering and the progress in packing industry;and on how to carry out the innovation.
