摘要
介绍孔加工方面的新技术,这些新技术采用了先进的切削方式特殊的断屑方式、先进的刀具材料和刀具支承等,不仅提高了孔加工的速度和柔性度,而且大大减少了加工工序、设备、刀具及加工时间。使孔切削加工更为迅速准确。
Innovations in holemaking are introduced in this paper. These new techniques not only have increased holemaking speed and flexibility, but slso have greatly trduced the pro- cessing time by adopting advanced cutting methods, special chipbreaking, advanced toolmateri- als, and tool supports, etc. In rsult, holemaking is more quick and more accurate.
