摘要
介绍一种软开关高功率因数整流电路成果。其中DC/DC变换电路采用准谐振-PWM Boost软开关电路拓扑结构。控制电路采用了平均电流控制技术和软开关控制技术相结合的形式。文中分析了电路的工作原理,给出了电路参数归一化曲线及设计指导,并进行了仿真。结果表明在整个输入电压范围内都能保持软开关特性,达到了高功率因数和高效率的目的。
This paper presents a kind of soft-switching unity power factor rectifier in which the conventional Boost DC/DC converter is replaced with a boost quasi-resonant PWM converter, and control system is a combination of average current control technique and soft- switching control technique. The operating mechanism of the new rectifier cirouit is ana- lyzed. Normalized curves and design methed of circuit parameters are proposed. Simulation results show that the new rectifier circuit operates at soft-switiching in whole input voltage and can attain the goal of unity power factor and higher operating efficiency.
