摘要 目的以湖北通山甜茶叶为原料提取高浓度的甜茶甙。方法茶叶被碾成粉末后经水煮后的上清液经95%乙醇、氯仿/正丁醇回收、80℃烘干后得到膏状的含有甜茶甙的混合物,再经过甲醇、石油醚、正丁醇、乙醇,柱状层析等步骤结晶纯化,得到高纯度的甜茶甙结晶,最后对其提取物进行氧化铝薄层板层析和结晶体熔点测定。结果表明通过此方法可得到了纯度较高的提取物,其成分为甜茶甙。结论通过水、乙醇提取方法可以从通山甜茶中提取高质量的甜茶甙。 Objective The study focused on the isolation and purification of rubusoside from Tongshan rubus suavissimu. Methods The leaves of Tongshan rubus suavissimu were grinded into powder and boiled in water, the top aqueous phase was subjected to a serial of extraction processes including 90% ethanol precipitation, ethanol condensation, chloroform extraction and drying at 80~C to form a mixture of cream. It was further purified by ethanol, petrol, butythanol, column chromatogramph, recrystallization and melting-point analyses. Results High purified rubusodide was gained and confirmed by contrastive methods. Conclusion Through water and ethanol extraction and column chromatogramph, recrystallization, high quality of rubusodide can be obtained.
