摘要
指出了目前假定物价不变，仅根据货币时间价值计算项目投资评价指标，以确定投资方案的可行性的缺陷，提出了根据物价指数，采用货币时间价值的现值计算法，以确定不同时期货币的实际价值，真实地计量项目投资的经济效益，达到节约建设资金，避免不合理的投资。
The paper shows faults of evaluating index about item investment caculated only through time value of money without price variation. It also introduces new present value approach which is used to caculate evaluating index according to price index, when price changes. This new methord not only can draw a conclusion more accurately than the old one we had used, but also can save constructing funds and prement from bad investment.
