摘要
介绍了模糊控制的基本原理，分析了煮饭的工艺过程及对模糊控制的要求。
This paper introduces basic principle of the fuzzy control,analyses the technological process of cooking rice and the demands to the fuzzy control.At the last,it gives the design and realization of the fuzzy control circuits in electric rice cooker.
