摘要
采用一系列物理方法（磁、紫外线、γ射线）处理豆科根瘤菌，以期打破其专化性，进行豆科根瘤菌与棉花联合固氮的可能性探索，结果表明：AB菌能使棉花根部结瘤。按柯赫（Koch’s）氏法则证明为豆科根瘤菌所致。
A series of physical methods (e. g. magnetism;ultra-violet rays and r-rays) were used to break the specialty of Rhizobium Leguminosarum to study the possibility of nitrogen fixation with Rhizobium Leguminosarum on cotton plants. The results showed that fungi AB can make cotton roots grow nodules. And koch's Rule proved the nodules were caused by Rhizobium legumi-nosarum.
