摘要
以正硅酸乙酯为主要原料，硝酸为催化剂，乙醇为溶剂制得了正硅酸乙酯溶胶，考察了水、醇、催化剂、温度及陈代时间对该溶胶粘度的影响，探讨了粘度及其影响因素对系列SiO2凝胶产品制备的影响．
This paper has prepared TEOS Sol and the SiO2 gels by sol -gel Technique,and studied the influence of water,ethanol, pH value,aging temperature and time on the viscosity of the sol.
