摘要
面对国际国内各类传播媒体的竞争,广播电视的播音、主持工作发生了很大变化。播音员、主持人要想顺应这种变化,取得事业成功,除了努力提高政治理论、业务和文化修养外,还要有较强的社会交际能力、良好的心理素质和健全的人格等,而这些能力的获得和提高,一个重要方面就是提高个人情商。
The way of announcing or presenting of DJ or TV presenter has changed a lot with the development of media home and aboard.
