摘要
随着网络时代的到来,政府的实体组织转换在网上运作时,"流程"则是虚拟环境下政府实体组织向虚拟组织转化的共同基体,也成为转化过程中需要重新设计的结构。本文试图将知识管理思想融入到政府流程中,提出在虚拟环境下政府知识流程概念。阐述了政府知识流程构成要素、支撑该流程循环的条件,以及构建政府的知识流程图。
With the development of intemet technology, the government entity organization transferred on the internet. The process is the common base in virtual environment, and it is also the structure which needs to be redesigned during the transformation process. This paper tried to integrate knowledge management into govenmment process, put forward the concept of knowledge government process in virtual environment. It also expounded the eleanents of government knowledge process, supported the circle condition and the knowledge processed model of government.
