摘要
党的十六届四中全会提出的建设社会主义和谐社会的伟大构想,给高校基层党组织建设提出了新的任务与要求。在构建和谐社会背景下,高校基层党建工作的基本任务,一是要加强组织建设,继续解放思想,适应发展要求,二是要提高服务意识,坚持以人为本,创建和谐校园;高校基层党建工作的基本要求是,学习与实践并行,开放与创新共举,民主与集中结合。而重视思想政治工作、重视学科建设、重视校园文化建设,则是构建和谐社会背景下高校基层党建工作的基本途径。
The great concept of building a harmonious socialist society was proposed during the Fourth Plenum of the 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China raise new tasks and requirements to Party＇s primary - level organizations at universities. Under the concept of building a harmonious socialist society, basic tasks of party building of primary - level at universities include ： strengthening organizational building, emancipating the mind and meeting the requirements of developments; raising awareness of service, putting people first and building harmonious campus. Basic requirements of party building of primary - level at universities are putting study and practice together, open -up and innovation together and democracy and centralism together as well. Attaching importance to ideological and political work, discipline - building and campus culture building are basic ways of party building of primary - level at universities under the background of building a harmonious society.
