摘要
目的:观察RLFmRNA在生长期大鼠卵巢中的表达,初步探讨RLF与卵泡发育的关系。方法:组织切片用苏木素-伊红(HE)染色,显微镜下观察卵泡发育情况;用逆转录聚合酶链方法(RT-PCR)观察RLFmRNA的表达趋势。结果:随着生长发育未成年大鼠大鼠卵巢中RLFmRNA的表达逐渐增强,青春前期达到高峰。结论:RLF可能参与雌性大鼠卵泡的发育过程。
Objective： To observe the expressive trend of relaxin - like factor during the development ; To approach the relationship of RLF and follicular development. Methods ： Sections of paraffin stained with hematoxylin and eosin staining were observed under a micro- scope ;The expression trend of RLFmRNA were observed by the method of reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction （ RT - PCR） . Results：The level of RLFmRNA expression in the ovaries of immature rats continued to increase with the development and reached peak values in preadolescence. Conclusion：RLF may be relation to the development of follicular.
