摘要
本文以平顶山许泌路工程为实例,详细介绍了乳化沥青稀浆封层的施工技术,对乳化沥青稀浆封层的配合比设计、施工前的原路面的处理、材料的选用和处置、机械设备的准备、施工过程流程以及施工后的养护及质量控制进行了详细的说明,用于指导沥青路面的处治施工。最后,对乳化理清稀浆封层技术进行了效益分析,表明稀浆封层技术能够节约能源,改善施工条件,减少环境污染,综合经济效益好,值得大力推广。
Take an example of Xumi Road project in Pingdingshan, the construction technique of emulsified asphalt slurry seal coat is introduced in this paper, and the mixture ratio design of emulsified asphalt slurry seal coat is illustrated. And the disposal of the old road before the seal coat construction, the selection and treatment of the material, and the preparation of the construction machine equipment are presented. Furthermore, the construction process of emulsified asphalt slurry seal coat and the maintenance after the construction are explained, and the quality control measures are stated. At last, conduct the benefit analysis of emulsified asphalt slurry seal coat, the result shows that emulsified asphalt slurry seal coat is advanced in saving resources, improving construction condition and reducing environmental pollution, thus the technique of emulsified asphalt slurry seal coat is worth popularizing in road maintenance for its excellent overall benefit.
