摘要
目的:观察健脾活血方(自拟)治疗慢性咳嗽患儿的临床疗效并探讨红细胞免疫在其发病中的意义。方法:将60例慢性咳嗽患儿,采取简单随机方法分为治疗组30例,对照组30例,同时选取健康体检儿童30例为正常组。两组患者在给予常规治疗的基础上,治疗组加用健脾活血方辨证加减治疗,对照组加用匹多莫德口服液治疗。观察两组患儿的临床疗效、红细胞C3b受体花环率(RBC-C3bRR)及最大呼气峰流速(PEF)变化情况。结果:治疗组治疗12w及3个月后临床总有效率及PEF变异率明显优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后RBC-C3bRR较治疗前上升(P<0.01),与正常组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:中药健脾活血方在改善肺功能,调节红细胞免疫功能方面有较好疗效,从而达到完全控制慢性咳嗽的目的。
Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Invigorating-Spleen Activating-Blood Circulation Formula（self-prescribed）on chronic cough in children and probe into its significance in erythrocyte immunity in attack. Methods ：60 children with chronic cough were divided into treatment group （30 cases）and control group （30 cases）with simple randomization method. At same time,30 healthy children after physical examination were selected to compose of a normal group. Of the two groups of sick children, on the basis of routine treatment, in treatment group, Invigorating-Spleen Activating-Blood Circulation Formula was prescribed and modified according to differentiation of syndromes. In control group,pi- dotimod was supplemented with oral administration. The clinical therapeutic effects and the alternations of red blood cell- C3b rosette rate（RBC-C3bRR）and peak expiratory flow（PEF）were observed in two groups. Results：The total effective rate and PEF variability in 12 weeks and 3 months in treatment group were superior remarkably to those in control group,indicating significant difference in comparison（P〈0.05 ,P〈0.01 ）. In treatment group, RBC-C3bRR was increased after treatment comparing with that before treatment（P〈0.01 ）and presented significant difference in comparison with normal group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Invigorating-Spleen Activating-Blood Circulation Formula of Chinese medicine achieves quite good therapeutic effects on improving lung function and regulating erythrocyte immunity so that chronic cough is completely controlled.
