摘要
目的:观察髋部减压术配合中药治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的临床疗效。方法:52例患者均采用髋部减压,即股骨头髓芯减压和髋关节腔内减压(双减压)术,并配合中药三期辨证治疗。结果:52例患者均获得随访,随访时间12个月～30个月,其中优39例,良10例,差3例,优良率为94.2%。结论:采用股骨头髓芯减压及髋关节腔内减压(即双减压)术,同时结合中药治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死有显著疗效,是一种良好的治疗方法。
Objective ：To assess the clinical results of combined use of local decompression with Chinese herb for avascular necrosis of the femoral head. Methods ： 52 patients were all given core and femoral articular cavity decompression combined with Chinese herbs for avascular necrosis of the femoral head. Results：The followup visit lasted for 12 months to 60 months for all the 52 cases. 39 of 52 cases were excellent, 10 were good,3 were poor,94.2% of patients received satisfactary results. Conclusions：Core and femoral articular cavity decompression combined with Chinese herbs is effective on avascular necrosis of the femoral head at early stage.
