摘要
目的:观察自血疗法配合中西医辨证治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法:将157例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为西药组53例,中药组52例,中西药组52例。西药组单用西药(息斯敏、维丁胶性钙、维生素C、西咪替丁)治疗;中药组给予活血祛风汤治疗;中西药组在前两组基础上加用自血疗法治疗。结果:中西药组痊愈29例,显效9例,好转13例,无效1例,总有效率为98.07%;西药组痊愈8例,显效13例,好转17例,无效15例,总有效率71.69%;中药组痊愈9例,显效10例,好转20例,无效13例,总有效率75.00%。中西药组总有效率与西药组、中药组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。三组患者治疗前后IgG含量、红细胞复合花环率比较,中西药组较西药组与中药组有显效性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合配合自血疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹有显著的疗效,且毒副作用小,值得进一步推广。
Objective：To observe autohemotherapy with combined TCM and western medicine on chronic urticaria. Methods：157 cases of chronic urticaria were divided into treatment group （autohemotherapy with combined TCM and western medicine）by 52,western medicine （Astemizolo, calcium colloidal et vit D,vitamin C, C imetidine）by 53 and TCM group （Huoxue Qufeng Decoction）by 52. Results ：29 cases were cured,9 were with obvious effect, 13 were improving,and 1 was not effective in treatment group and the total effective rate was 98.07%. In the western medicine group, 8 cases were cured,10 were with obvious effect,17 were getting better,and 15 were not effective and the total effective rate was 71.69%. In the TCM group,9 cases were cured, 10 were with obvious effect,20 were getting better,and 13 were not effective and the total effective rate was 75.00%. The treatment group was more effective than the other two groups （P〈0.05）. TigG and RBCICR of the treatment group were different from those of the other two groups. （P〈0.05）before and after treatment. Conclusion：Autohemotherapy with combined TCM and western medicine was effective on chronic urticaria with fewer side effects and deserves to be popularized.
