摘要
目的:观察中医综合疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:对50例神经根型颈椎病患者采用中药内服、颈椎牵引、中药丹药外揉并TDP理疗等中医综合疗法治疗,共治疗2个疗程。结果:治愈38例,占76%;好转12例,占24%;无效0例,总有效率为100%。结论:中医综合方法是治疗神经根型颈椎病行之有效的方法,具有组方科学、切中病机、药简力宏之特点,值得临床推广。
Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect on nerve root cervical spondylosis treated with comprehensive method in Chinese medicine. Methods：50 patients were administered 2 courses of comprehensive therapy in Chinese nledicine, such as internal application of Chinese herbs,traction of cervical vertebrae, Chinese massage with external application of Chinese herbs and TDP physiotherapy. Results：38 cases （76%）were cured, 12 cases （24%）improved,0 cases failed,the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion：Comprehensive therapy in Chinese medicine is effective on nerve root cervical spondylosis, characterized as prescribing medicine scientifically,focusing on pathogenesis and achieving magic effect with simple combination of herbs. Hence, it is worth to be promoted in clinic.
