摘要
目的:探讨消癖安乳汤治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效。方法:96例乳腺增生患者均应用消癖安乳汤治疗,并根据不同的症状随症加减。同时应注意饮食调养、调理情志及定期复查。结果:96例患者中治愈75例,占78.12%;显效14例,占14.58%;好转5例,占5.21%;无效2例,占2.09%。总有效率97.91%。结论:消癖安乳汤治疗乳腺增生疗效显著,可明显改善临床症状,值得进一步推广。
Objective：To probe into the clinical therapeutic effect of xiaopi anru tang （decoction for removing abscess）. Methods：96 cases of hyperplasia of mammary gland were administered xiaopi anru tang and the prescription was modified in light of different symptoms. Simultaneously, the patients were advised to pay attention to diet and nursing, emotion adjustment and regular re-examination. Results ： 75 of 96 cases （78.12%）were cured, 14 cases （14.58%） markedly effective, 5 cases（5.21%）improved and 2 cases（2.09%）failed. The total effective rate was 97.91%. Conclusion ：Xiaopi anru tang presents significant therapeutic effect on hyperplasia of mammary gland and improves apparently clinical symptoms. It is worth to be further promoted.
