摘要
目的:建立参桂鹿茸丸的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对白芍、黄芩进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定白芍中芍药苷的含量。结果:薄层色谱图斑点清晰,阴性样品无干扰;芍药苷在127.4~637.0ng范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率99.74%,RSD为1.53%(n=5)。结论:该方法专属性强,灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于参桂鹿茸丸的质量控制。
Objective:To establish the quality standard of shenguilurongwan. Methods:TLC was adopted to identify in quality Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Scutellariae. HPLC was adopted to determine the content of paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae Alba. Results :Thin layer chromatographic spots were clear and negative samples showed no interference. The level of paeoniflorin was ranged from 127.4 to 637.0 mg,indicating good linear relationship and the average recovery ratio was 99.74%. RSD was 1.53%(n=5). Conclusion:The method is strong in specialty,high in sensitivity and good in reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of shenguilurongwan.
