摘要
目的:观察补损续筋丸化裁对促进骨折愈合的临床疗效。方法:收集100例被诊断为各种不同类型的骨折病例,随机分为两组,治疗组50例,对照组50例。治疗组以补损续筋丸为主,根据不同类型骨折进行加减,观察疗效;对照组让其自然修复,采用安慰法,嘱患者静心休息,加强营养,按期功能煅炼,从而达到自然康复。经X线复查,对比观察两组疗效。结果:治疗组与对照组治愈率比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗组愈合比对照组提前1～2w,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:补损续筋丸化裁治疗各类骨折疗效理想,有较好的临床推广价值。
Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of modified Busun Xujin pill in promoting fracture healing. Methods：100 fracture cases were divided into treatment group （50 cases） and control group （50 cases） randomly. The patients in treatment group were applied with modified Busun Xujin pill,while patients in control group received no treatment. The results of cases in both group were compared through the X-ray. Results：There was no significant difference between the treatment group and control group in curative rate （P〉0.05）. Fractures in treatment group agglutinated 1-2 weeks in advance than those in control group significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Modified Busun Xujin pill has ideal effects on all type of fractures and deserves to be popularized.
