摘要
促进型经济法是经济法规范的一种重要类型,对于促进经济和社会发展具有重要作用。它与经济法的特征、结构、功能等直接相关,并通过积极的和消极的、直接的和间接的、个别的和普遍的等多种类型的促进,来实现其促进发展的调整目标。中国促进型经济法的立法经历了从分散到分散与综合相结合的转变,如果对其中的法律问题深入挖掘,则会大大促进经济法的制度建设和法学研究的发展。
As an important type of economic law rules, ＂Promoted Economic Law＂ plays an important role on the promotion of economic and social development. It directly relates to the features, structure and function of Economic Law. ＂Promoted Economic Law＂ can achieve the goal of promoting development through positive and negative, direct and indirect, individual and universal, and other types of promotion. China＇ s legislation of ＂Promoted Economic Law＂ has experienced the changes from scattered legislation to the integration of scattered and comprehensive legislation. If we study ＂Promoted Economic Law＂ in depth, then the economic law system and legal research will be greatly facilitated.
