摘要
本文采用微波压力釜硝化法消化食物样品,用扫描ICP-AES法测定食品中Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、Sr、P、Ba等元素的含量。方法快速、简便、结果满意。
This paper describes the use of closed PTFE vessel in connection with microwave diglstion. A 0.2g powdered samples can be digested completely in a 50 mL PTFE degestion vessel with 2 mL of 70% HNO_3 and 1 mL of 30% H_2O_2 in 2 min at 500 W. After cooled in a refrigerator at -25℃, the digested sample was diluted to 25 mL with subboiling water. The contents of Ca, Mg, Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn, Sr, Br and P in three standard reference materials were analysed by proposed procedure on sequential ICP Spectrometer. The recoveries of Mg, Cu, Zn and Mn are 90.0 -103.8%. The relative standard deviations arc within 0.5-9.6%.
