摘要
用猪带绦虫可溶性虫卵抗原酶联免疫吸附试验（ＥＬＩＳＡ）间接法诊断囊虫病。检查囊虫病人１２０例，正常人３６例及其他病人６７例。囊虫病人阳性率为９０８３％（１０９／１２０），正常人及其他病人假阳性率分别为２６１％（１／３６）及４５６％（３／６７）。
Cysticercosis was diagnosed using SEA (soluble egg antigen) of Taenia solium by ELISA method.120 patients with cysticercosis,36 normal human and 67 patients with other diseases were examined using SEA by ELISA method.The positive rate of cysticercosis patients was 90.83%,the false positive rates of normal human and patients with other diseases were 2.61% (1/36) and 4.56% (3/67) respectively.The results showed the susceptibility and specificity of the SEA by ELISA method.
