摘要
为了分析国内企业集团多元化经营的基本模式及战略选择方法,本文采用熵测度与 Rumelt 鲁梅尔特分类方法相结合,通过矩阵法构建了国内企业集团多元化的分类模型及战略选择模型,确立了国内企业集团多元化经营的九种模式.在此基础上,基于国内60个上市公司的数据对国内企业集团多元化经营模式进行了评析.研究表明,国内有57%的企业集团采用了非关联高度与关联高度多元化,采用非关联低度和关联低度多元化的企业极少,企业集团的多元化经营模式存在着很大差异.企业集团的多元化经营的模式演进要根据其市场与竞争地位选择不同多元化经营模式.
In order to analyze the basic modes and strategy selections method of Chinese enterprise group＇ s diversified operation, this paper combines Palepu＇ s entropy measure model and Rumeh＇ s classification method to construct a classification model and a strategy selection model for Chinese enterprise group＇ s diversified operation by using matrix method. Nine modes of diversification are established. Based those, the diversified operation modes of 60 listed enterprise groups are analyzed and evaluated. It is indicated that 57 % Chinese enterprise groups adopt related and unrelated type and high degree diversified modes. Meanwhile, few enterprise groups adopt related and unrelated type and low degree diversified modes. There is large difference among the diversification operation modes of enterprise groups. The strategy mode of diversified operation for Chinese enterprise groups should be selected according to their market situation and competence status.
